Gabriella holds a Ph.D degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. She has over 10+ years of clinical and educational experience in the field of psychology.

She has advanced training in mental health pertaining to couples, pregnancy, parenting, and postpartum. Gabriella has clinical experience in several settings as well, including schools, group medical practices, and mental health private practices.

Gabriella has completed several trainings with Postpartum Support International, including their Advanced Perinatal Psychotherapy training. She has also received level 1 and 2 certifications from The Gottman Institute, which is an industry-leading, research-based approach that specifically focuses on couple’s therapy. Gabriella is also a certified hypnotherapist with a focus on mindfulness and self-soothing techniques.

Gabriella creates a welcoming atmosphere that makes clients feel comfortable and safe. She strives to have clients leave their sessions feeling heard, understood, and hopeful. She works with clients to overcome challenges and create a life that is more fulfilling and less plagued by stress.
